Mike Cappello, Area Director
Mike is full-time professional real estate investor. As a serial entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in building and cultivating small businesses including but not limited to marketing activities, business development, sales, and operations.
While he has always been interested in and involved in real estate and interior/exterior home renovation and design, Mike began his journey in real estate full-time in 2020 when he got his license and became an investor-agent with The CAZA Group.
Since that time, he has shifted focus to full-time real estate investor and is currently building Sell Simpli, LLC, an investing/wholesaling business in the Shenandoah Valley.
His passion for the outdoors and ability to see potential where others may not have helped him on his way to building a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Shenandoah. He also enjoys helping other like-minded individuals do the same!
