Meet the Team
Mike Cappello, Owner/Operator
Mike is full-time professional real estate investor. As a serial entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in building and cultivating small businesses including but not limited to marketing activities, business development, sales, and operations.
While he has always been interested in and involved in real estate and interior/exterior home renovation and design, Mike began his journey in real estate full-time in 2020 when he got his license and became an investor-agent with The CAZA Group.
Since that time, he has shifted focus to full-time real estate investor and is currently building Sell Simpli, LLC, an investing/wholesaling business in the Shenandoah Valley.
His passion for the outdoors and ability to see potential where others may not have helped him on his way to building a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Shenandoah. He also enjoys helping other like-minded individuals do the same!
Alex Goodrich
Alex Goodrich is an investor partner with Sell Simpli, focusing on operational and transactional efficiency and effectiveness.
In recent years, he's been rooted in the ownership and management of commercial real estate, while also delivering on creative solutions for residential wholesale deals.
Alex values community & collaboration with an emphasis on helping others achieve their real estate and business goals.
Outside of real estate, he spends his time with family, enjoying gardening, hiking, and the outdoors with his wife, Erin, and daughter, Avery.
